Responsibilities:
- Overall leadership, strategic direction and sustainable performance of the organisation.
- Drives quality of care, regulatory compliance, business growth, financial sustainability, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
- Define, communicate and execute long-term vision, strategy and annual operating plan
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets and long-term capital plans
- Drive financial discipline, cost controls, and sustainable unit economics
- Conduct business reviews, financial forecasting, risk analysis and scenario planning
Requirements:
- MBA/Degree in Business
- At least 15 years of experience in Healthcare environment
- At least 3 years of experience in Management level, developing business and managing financials
