Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Managing Director located on-site in Singapore. The primary responsibilities include leading the overall strategy, vision, and operations of the organization to ensure sustainable growth and success. The CEO/Managing Director will oversee financial management, coordinate business development efforts, establish and drive strategic goals, and ensure operational excellence. The role also involves collaborating with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to strengthen the organization's market position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and Business Planning to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions.
• Experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to streamline business processes and guide long-term organizational success.
• Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, and foster client relationships.
• Proven leadership skills, outstanding communication ability, and capacity to engage and inspire a diverse team.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or hospital management sector is advantageous.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
