Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director is the highest executive leader responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, overseeing overall business operations, driving growth, and ensuring long-term organizational success. This role works closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to execute vision, mission, and corporate goals.

• Provide overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the organization.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments meet performance and productivity targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies, long-term plans, and corporate policies.
• Manage P&L, budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, investors, and clients.
• Lead business expansion, market penetration, and corporate growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Drive organizational culture, talent development, and leadership excellence.
• Represent the company in key meetings, external events, and media engagements.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior executive or Managing Director position.
