Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director. The CEO/Managing Director will oversee the organization's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with overall goals and progress. Responsibilities include financial oversight, strategic planning, driving business development, managing operations, and fostering key partnerships. The individual is expected to lead, motivate, and collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively, ensuring sustainable growth and organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Finance and Operations Management to oversee budgets, financial planning, and day-to-day operational activities.
- Experience in Business Planning, Sales, and market development to identify growth opportunities and foster revenue generation.
- Strategic Planning expertise to guide the organization's vision, establish goals, and ensure long-term success.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing organizations, preferably within non-profits or associations, is a plus.
- Familiarity with project, program, or portfolio management practices is advantageous.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or other relevant fields is preferred.
