The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director is the highest executive leader responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, overseeing overall business operations, driving growth, and ensuring long-term organizational success. This role works closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to execute vision, mission, and corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the organization.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments meet performance and productivity targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies, long-term plans, and corporate policies.
- Manage P&L, budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, investors, and clients.
- Lead business expansion, market penetration, and corporate growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Drive organizational culture, talent development, and leadership excellence.
- Represent the company in key meetings, external events, and media engagements.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior executive or Managing Director position.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills.
