Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director

Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role based in Singapore for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director. The CEO/Managing Director will oversee the development and execution of the company's strategic vision, drive business growth, manage financial performance, and build strong partnerships. The role involves leading the organization's operations, ensuring operational efficiency, steering business planning initiatives, and representing Index Litro in key stakeholder engagements. Additionally, the CEO/Managing Director is responsible for aligning the company's goals with its mission to innovate and provide transformative solutions for the crude oil market.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance with proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and ensure financial sustainability
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Business Planning to optimize workflows and drive organizational efficiency
• Experience in Sales with a focus on developing and managing client relationships and driving revenue growth
• Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning, including long-term vision setting and high-impact decision-making
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as blockchain and tokenization is highly advantageous
• Background in energy markets and a network of industry relations are beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred
