1. You have chess experience: player, coach, or competitor (no need to be titled)

What we're Looking for:

1. Certified and Experienced Coaches
   1. Hold relevant certifications (FIDE, SCF, MOE, or equivalent).
   2. Proven experience teaching students, running classes, or coaching in schools/competitions for at least 3 years.
   3. Professional, ambitious, and committed to high standards.
2. No Certification No Problem.
   1. We offer an intensive, paid training program for motivated individuals without formal credentials.
   2. Includes workshops, assistantship roles, practical tests, and official certifications (SCF, MOE, FIDE, First Aid).
   3. Designed to fast-track your growth into a capable, professional coach.

Certifications:

1. FIDE Certification
2. MOE Certification
3. SCF Certification
4. First Aid Certification

Training:

For candidates with less than 3 years of coaching experience or without formal certification, we provide a structured, fully paid training pathway:

1. Trainee Phase (1-2 months) - Workshops, self-study, assistantship, and assessments.
2. Junior Coach Phase (3-4 months) - Advanced workshops, independent coaching hours, and official certifications.
3. Coach Pathway - Transition into full coaching roles with clear progression toward Senior and Master Coach positions.

Availability Requirements:

1. Available mostly on weekday afternoons
2. Can commit to at least 2 years

Remuneration:

1. Range 40-60 per hour depending on your experience
2. Trainee phase (Paid weekly)
