CHEF

Neighbourhood foodshop requires a Chief Cook specialising in local cuisine.

The employee is required to work split shifts (5.00am-9.00am and 4.00pm-8.00pm), including weekends and public holidays.

Duties include food preparation and cooking in accordance with food hygiene and safety standards, supervising and training assistants, and coordinating with counter staff to ensure smooth operations.

The employee is also responsible for inventory control, ensuring sufficient stock of ingredients at all times without overstocking, particularly perishable items.

The candidate must have at least three (3) years of relevant working experience and be able to work well as part of a team.
