We have launched a vibrant new bar-restaurant in one of Singapore's busiest districts and are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to standard recipes and quality standards
Assist in daily pastry kitchen operations and mise en place
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in the pastry section
Support senior chefs in menu preparation and service execution
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of pastry equipment and work areas
Assist in stock checks, receiving deliveries, and proper storage of ingredients
Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
Minimum 3 years of relevant pastry or culinary experience (training will be provided)
Strong interest in pastry arts and willingness to learn
Detail-oriented with a creative and disciplined approach to work
Team player with a positive and respectful attitude
Good communication and time management skills
Able to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment
Available to work on weekends and public holidays
Possession of a WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate
5-day work week
Alternate split and straight shift schedules
