We are seeking a motivated Junior Baker to support our outlet. This role involves assisting with the preparation, baking, and finishing of breads, pastries, and other bakery products while learning professional baking techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and baking a variety of bakery items.
- Measure, mix, and handle ingredients under supervision.
- Operate and clean baking equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
- Support senior bakers and follow daily production schedules.
Requirements
- Some experience in a bakery, kitchen, or culinary training preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Flexible with early morning or weekend shifts.
- Passion for baking and attention to detail.
