6 days work week. OT if needed.
Jobscope:
- General Head chef responsibilities - Incharge of restaurant menu, oversees kitchen staffs jobscope
- Well-versed in Thai Cuisine
- Conduct hands-on culinary demonstrations and workshops for staffs, focusing on Thai cuisine and menu development.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to kitchen staffs to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
- Assess chefs performance in the kitchen and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure that staffs are well-versed in food safety and hygiene practices.
Qualifications:
- Formal culinary education and certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic culinary environment.
