Job Description:

Scope of Duties
- Prepare and cook signature dishes according to standardized recipes.
- Assist in menu preparation and contribute to new dish development when required.
- Oversee daily workflow and coordinate kitchen staff responsibilities to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Manage ordering of supplies, ensure proper stock rotation, and reduce wastage.
- Maintain strict quality control on ingredients, cooking processes, and final plating.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the kitchen at all times in compliance with food safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Willing to work during weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain portion control
- Minimum 5 years of specialized experience and traditional cooking techniques
