Job Description:
Prepare and cook Western cuisine dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
Plan and supervise daily kitchen operations.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
Monitor food preparation and cooking processes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage food ingredients, stock control, and inventory.
Train and supervise kitchen staff when necessary.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Western cuisine preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good leadership and teamwork skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Relevant kitchen experience preferred.
