Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook Western cuisine dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.

  • Plan and supervise daily kitchen operations.

  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.

  • Monitor food preparation and cooking processes.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Manage food ingredients, stock control, and inventory.

  • Train and supervise kitchen staff when necessary.

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.

  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Western cuisine preparation and cooking techniques.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Good leadership and teamwork skills.

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Relevant kitchen experience preferred.
