Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Rojak and other menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Monitor food stock and assist in ordering ingredients when necessary.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in developing new recipes and menu items when required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
