Job Description

Work Week: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 10 am to 10 pm
Rest Day: One day per week

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality French cuisine, supporting kitchen operations, and contributing to menu development. This role requires a strong commitment to food quality, hygiene, consistency, and teamwork to ensure an excellent dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare, cook, and finish high-quality French dishes in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
  2. Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations during food preparation and service.
  3. Support the planning and development of new menu items, seasonal offerings, and weekly specials.
  4. Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.
  5. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  6. Monitor stock usage, reduce wastage, and support inventory control for the assigned section.
  7. Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience.
  8. Assist in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and proper upkeep of kitchen equipment and work areas.
  9. Support junior kitchen staff where required and contribute to a cooperative kitchen environment.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in culinary operations, with strong experience as a Crpe Chef or in French cuisine.
  2. Good knowledge of French cooking methods, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
  3. Proven ability to manage a kitchen section effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  4. Experience in menu planning and dish development.
  5. Strong understanding of service operations and kitchen coordination.
  6. Committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene.
  7. Able to work well under pressure and within a team-based environment.
  8. Positive attitude, professional conduct, and passion for culinary excellence.
