Job Summary

The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Delta Electronics partner ecosystem across distributors, resellers, and system integrators. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, enabling partners, and ensuring operational continuity in alignment with Delta's mission of delivering innovative power and energy-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop partner strategies: Execute channel programs that expand market reach and drive sales growth.
  • Manage partner relationships: Build strong, trust-based connections with distributors, VARs, and integrators.
  • Enable joint sales efforts: Support partners with opportunity identification, deal registration, and pricing guidance.
  • Drive demand generation: Collaborate on marketing campaigns, lead generation, and partner enablement activities.
  • Expand partner ecosystem: Identify and onboard new resellers to strengthen Delta's channel footprint.
  • Ensure operational efficiency: Streamline handovers, warranty service coordination, and SLA compliance.
  • Provide market intelligence: Track competitor activity and customer needs to refine channel strategy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, customer service, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • 56 years of channel/distribution management in IT, energy, or data center industries.
  • Proven experience with distributors and VARs, including onboarding and enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of channel programs, pricing structures, and deal registration processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Technical understanding of power management, data center solutions, or industrial automation.
  • Multilingual capability (English, Chinese, or regional languages) preferred for cross-border operations
