The Role: Channel Strategy and Growth Enablement
This role is focused on driving joint business growth and market share across the entire channel ecosystem (distributors, system integrators, strategic resellers) for a broad portfolio of ICT solutions, including networking, IT storage, cloud, and digital energy products. You will be responsible for defining and achieving strategic channel sales targets through partner enablement, joint business planning, and operational support
Responsibilities
- Overall management of the company's designated channel partners to achieve joint business growth targets for the full range of ICT solutions
- Conduct thorough Joint Business Planning and performance analysis with key partners, execute joint sales activities, and drive and meet demanding channel revenue targets
- Plan, manage, and support partner readiness through delivering product training, sharing sales best practices, managing partner certification programs, facilitating joint solution development, and leading Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives
- Manage partner incentive programs and marketing development funds (MDF) operations
- Work closely with marketing and solution teams to drive joint awareness and demand generation campaigns
- Work with and support partner teams on complex joint tenders and major projects, acting as the internal advocate to ensure successful bidding and delivery outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, IT, or an equivalent technical qualification
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Channel Partner Management or Strategic Account Sales within the ICT industry
- Proven track record and a strong existing network of Distributors and Channel Partners
- Possess strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and professional presentation ability
