Change Manager

We are hiring a Change Manager for one of our clients in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of overall change management approach across projects
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
• Plan and execute communication activities for different audiences
• Prepare communication materials (emails, guides, decks, FAQs)
• Support training coordination and delivery (materials, sessions, tracking)
• Track change readiness and adoption, provide basic reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–4 years experience in change management / communications / project support
• Exposure to system implementation or transformation projects
• Understanding of change impact, stakeholder management, and adoption
• Experience in public sector / large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with change metrics and reporting
• Basic knowledge of change frameworks/methodologies
