Job Type: One-year Renewable Contract

Requirements:

Roadmap Enablement & Change Execution

. Partner with product and technology teams to translate AI and automation initiatives into structured adoption plans.

. Define and execute change strategies aligned to programme objectives and release timelines.

. Conduct organisational impact assessments across processes, roles, governance, and operating models.

. Identify behavioural and adoption risks and implement mitigation actions to support successful deployment.

. Contribute to deployment readiness and transition planning.

Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Alignment

. Conduct stakeholder and impact mapping across business and technical teams.

. Engage management to drive sponsorship, accountability, and visible advocacy for initiatives.

. Develop executive-level narratives and briefing materials to maintain initiative visibility, sustained leadership buy-in, and alignment with funding priorities.

. Facilitate alignment sessions to address resistance and adoption barriers.

. Report change progress and risks within programme governance forums.

Operational Delivery

. Develop and execute detailed change plans aligned to product release schedules.

. Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training programmers for AI-enabled tools and automated workflows.

. Produce and maintain core change artefacts (change strategy, stakeholder plans, communications roadmap, training materials, readiness dashboards).

. Support business units in embedding AI and automation capabilities into operational routines.

. Monitor adoption indicators and recommend reinforcement actions post-launch.

. Contribute to continuous improvement of change frameworks and toolkits.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or related discipline.

Professional Experience

. Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in change management within digital, AI, automation, or enterprise technology transformation environments.

. Demonstrated experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or workflow modernisation initiatives.

. Proven experience working closely with product and technology delivery teams.

. Experience operating within structured project or programme governance environments.

Capability Requirements

. Strong organisational impact assessment and stakeholder analysis skills.

. Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technical domains.

. Experience developing executive-level positioning materials and sponsorship engagement strategies.

. Proven experience independently delivering end-to-end change artefacts.

. Practical knowledge of recognised change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

Advantageous

. Exposure to responsible AI governance or automation risk considerations.

. Ability to visually communicate concepts using collaboration or presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Miro, Figma). UI/UX design ownership sits with dedicated product design roles.

. Some experience with either Visual Design, Business Analyst or Product Management roles will be a plus.
