Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of pastries and puddings
- Ensure consistent product quality in line with recipes and central kitchen SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety standards
- Receive, pack, and store raw ingredients and finished products at the required temperatures
- Perform general housekeeping duties within the central kitchen
