Job Description

Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and parents.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective center management.
  • Manage class schedules, coordinate room allocations, and ensure the availability of necessary teaching materials and resources.
  • Supervise and support the administrative staff in their daily tasks.

Educational Excellence

  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning by monitoring class quality and ensuring adherence to the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and enhance educational programs and activities.
  • Address any issues related to student behavior, learning difficulties, or parent concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize regular staff training and professional development sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

Business Development and Sales

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach activities to enhance the center's visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor enrollment trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and other communication channels.
  • Set, track, and achieve sales targets for student enrollment and program participation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and businesses to drive referrals and partnerships.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage the center's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies and tuition fee structures.

Staff Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of educators and administrative staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that aligns with the center's values and mission.

Requirement

  • Open for Singaporean and Permanent Residents
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood and primary education principles.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and growth.
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English to communicate and deliver Mandarin learning materials
  • Self motivated with strong leadership qualities
