CCP-Registered Nurses (Degree)

As a valuable member of the SCH family, you are an integral part of the care team providing nursing care that matters to rehab and sub-acute patients. Working in a homely environment where there is lesser segregation of duties amongst staff groups, will provide quality nursing care and services in alignment with SCH's care philosophy of unhurried personalised care. You will facilitate the continuity of care for patients throughout their hospitalisation and transition to home and community.

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or its equivalent
• Advanced Diploma / Specialist Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Nursing (Gerontology / Orthopaedic / Neuroscience / Palliative Care / Community Nursing) is preferred for Senior Staff Nurse
• Experience in ILTC setting is an advantage
• Valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board
• Valid BCLS certification
• Comfortable with shift work (3-rotating shift) and open to deployment within 2 work sites under SingHealth Community Hospitals
• Uniform required
