As Captain, you are a key member of our front-of-house team. Working closely with the Outlet Manager and service crew, you help ensure smooth daily operations and a warm, memorable guest experience.

Your Role

Operations & Service

• Deliver attentive service from greeting and seating to order-taking and payment processing.

• Confidently explain menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and suggest beverage pairings.

• Support daily sales goals by maintaining strong service standards.

• Assist with tracking sales insights and menu feedback.

• Complete pre-service setup and post-service closing duties.

• Monitor equipment condition and report issues promptly.

• Support inventory coordination and smooth service flow.

• Assist sister outlets when required.

Team Support

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams for clear communication.

• Step in to support teammates during peak periods.

• Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout service.

Other Duties

• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager.

Who You Are

• 1-2 years of restaurant service experience preferred.

• Confident and guest-focused.

• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

• Well-groomed, reliable, and calm under pressure.

• A team player who values genuine hospitality.

Working Hours
5 days per week
Fixed off-days: Sunday & Monday
