Job Description

• Establish proper atmosphere and efficiency in the dining room.
• Ensure proper orderliness and cleanliness of Restaurant.
• Recognise regular guests and highlight the management about the particular guest's preferences.
• Ensure that no outstanding bills stay on the system, and account for all voided checks.
• Answer questions about the menu, including the preparation of the dishes when asked by the customers.
• Serve food and drinks to the customers.
• Oversee and train waiters and waitresses.
