Engage directly in product consultation and the marketing of Cabotage and One-Way Use services.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and new customers.
Drive results independently with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Take full accountability for meeting individual KPIs, sales forecasts, and volume targets.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance, and future plans.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or University Degree in any discipline.
2-3 years of experience in the NVOCC, regional shipping, or liner industry, with solid knowledge of import/export and logistics services. Candidates with no experience / fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Strong customer network and market contacts are highly preferred.
Sales-driven, with proven ability to achieve volume targets and foster long-term customer relations.
Able to work independently, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
A reliable team player with a positive work attitude and strong communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the Asian region as required.
