About the Role

A Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to analyze, understand, and respond to situations quickly, succinctly and accurately
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment, Proactive with deadlines
  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Identify and qualify opportunities in target markets and verticals
  • Develop and present compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to support lead generation and solution positioning
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Strong negotiation and client communication skills
  • Detailed knowledge of IT Services and nuances of software contracting
  • New business development by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; suggesting new applications and sales strategies
  • High energy, self-starter, ability to work independently, analytical, quick learner, organized, flexible to change and drives results

  • Experience: Min : 7 years, Max : 15 years
  • Technical Skill 1: Sales - Mandatory Good to have
  • Technical Skill 2: Hunter - Mandatory Good to have
  • Technical Skill 3: Excel/Powerpoint - Mandatory Good to have
  • Others: Client Management - Mandatory Good to have
