Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth within the Singapore market. The role focuses on selling staffing and consulting services, building strong client relationships, and expanding BrothersTech's footprint in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across staffing and consulting services
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and direct outreach
- Engage with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders
- Present BrothersTech's staffing and consulting solutions to prospective clients
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams for successful fulfillment
- Maintain accurate sales tracking, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
Required Qualifications
- 27 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within staffing, recruitment, or consulting
- Understanding of staffing and recruiting business models
- Proven ability to generate leads and close new business
- Experience using LinkedIn and outbound sales tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the Singapore staffing or recruitment market
- Exposure to IT staffing, technology consulting, or workforce solutions
- Existing client network is a plus
