Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, identify target markets, and analyze competitors & market trends.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, events, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, clearly communicating the value proposition.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs and aligning business solutions.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts with legal & finance teams.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams and share KPIs, sales reports, and client feedback.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT & non-IT preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and account growth.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong relationship management skills.
