Job Overview

Our company is representing a client in the AI Healthcare SaaS space. They are seeking apassionate, strategic, and product-focused Business Development Manager / Product Specialistto drive regional growth and act as the primary evangelist for their B2B AI SaaS platform.

This role is a hybrid betweenfull-cycle Business DevelopmentandProduct Specialist responsibilities, involving deep product communication, structured demos, and engagement with senior stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, insurance groups, and healthcare organizations.

You will own the revenue pipeline end-to-end from market research and lead generation to negotiation and closing while also delivering high-impact product demonstrations and translating the product's AI capabilities into clear business value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & Pipeline Ownership (BD Focus)

  • Develop and execute a business development plan targeting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B and enterprise opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from first contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position the platform effectively.
  • Consistently achieve revenue and market penetration targets.

2. Product Communication & Demonstrations (Product Specialist Focus)

  • Serve as the platform's product evangelist for inbound and outbound conversations.
  • Conduct high-level product demos tailored for doctors, CXOs, hospital administrators, and marketing leaders.
  • Clearly communicate the value of AI-powered care journeys in solving real operational challenges.
  • Maintain clean CRM documentation and ensure smooth handovers to the onboarding team.

3. Collaboration & GTM Execution

  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning client needs with AI product capabilities.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry forums.

Must-Haves

  • 35 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, MedTech, or AI healthcare solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Strong ability to demo a tech product and simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with confidence in speaking to senior healthcare leaders.
  • Experience managing a full sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Great-to-Have

  • Experience in Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Product Marketing, or Product Communication.
  • Existing healthcare network (hospitals, clinics, insurance providers).
  • Familiarity with the Singapore/APAC healthcare landscape and regulatory context.
