This role suits a hands-on sales professional with strong field experience, commercial instinct, and the ability to build long-term relationships with retail partners.

Key focus areas

  • Customer business development & territory growth
  • In-store execution: visibility, planograms, merchandising
  • Customer performance reviews & SKU-level analysis
  • Delivering sales targets and operational KPIs

Ideal profile

  • 4+ years in FMCG field sales / business development
  • Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills
