Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Expansion - spearhead initiatives to grow the company's presence in Singapore's competitive AdTech/MarTech market.
- Build High-Level Relationships - cultivate and maintain strong connections with senior executives and decision-makers in advertising and media.
- Hunt for Opportunities - identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams.
- Collaborate Globally - work closely with international teams to align regional strategies with global objectives, ensuring seamless execution of new initiatives.
- Stay Ahead of Trends - leverage your expertise in programmatic advertising and social media platforms to position the company as a market leader.
Profile Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with experience in Chinese digital media/programmatic. Travel retail experience is also a bonus!
- Solid understanding of social media and consumer behaviour from Mainland China.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a hunter's mindset and a passion for building strategic partnerships.
- A self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently and collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is a must.
