As a Business Development Manager for our A+ Global Remittance team, you'll spearhead our remittance strategy, forging partnerships that drive global impact. Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute: Drive our remittance strategy, identifying new growth opportunities and executing plans to meet ambitious targets.
• Build Partnerships: Secure and nurture relationships with overseas banks, financial institutions, and other Money Transfer Operators, offering solutions that expand their reach and our business.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams to ensure our remittance solutions are developed and delivered effectively.
• Innovate: Bring fresh ideas and user-centric insights to continuously improve our products and services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business development, specifically within international banking or remittance.
• Deep understanding of cross-border payments, including products, business models, key players, and compliance.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Mandarin language skills are a bonus for collaboration with our Tech and Product team in China.
