Job Description

Business Growth & Sales

  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand company reach
  • Generate and qualify leads, converting prospects into clients to drive revenue growth
  • Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to meeting overall revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase company income and market share

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their objectives
  • Manage negotiations, contracts, and renewals to secure favorable terms and ongoing business

Strategy & Market Research

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities to inform strategic decisions
  • Analyze customer behavior and business performance metrics to identify growth areas
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making

Partnerships & Networking

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with companies and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking sessions to build brand presence
  • Lead business discussions to foster collaboration and strategic alliances

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align efforts with business goals
  • Ensure business strategies are consistent with overall company objectives
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management review

Planning & Reporting

  • Develop detailed business development plans and set measurable KPIs to track progress
  • Monitor sales pipeline and performance metrics to ensure targets are met
  • Report regularly on progress and outcomes to senior management
