Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for the India and South Asia markets to achieve long-term revenue growth.

Lead end-to-end sales planning, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives across targeted regional markets.

Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with insurance partners, corporate clients, distribution channels, and strategic business stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

Develop market-specific insurance solutions and commercial strategies to better serve customers from India and the wider South Asia region.

Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Product Development to ensure effective execution of regional business initiatives.

Represent the company in regional business meetings, industry conferences, exhibitions, and commercial negotiations.

Prepare business forecasts, market intelligence reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Monitor regional business performance, identify operational risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Willingness to work night shift and split shift.

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
