Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition through direct engagement, managing meetings, documentation, and customer follow-ups to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking rooms and arranging refreshments, to ensure smooth event execution
- Draft, format, and print business documents to support communication and operational needs
- Create meeting agendas and accurately record meeting notes to facilitate follow-up actions
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and prepare tailored quotations for their consideration
- Manage confidential information securely to protect company and customer data
- Prioritize and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support business objectives
- Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service to enhance client relationships
- Maintain accurate records to support business operations and reporting
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently
- Present professionally at events, including welcoming guests and representing the company
