Job Summary
You will lead corporate sales efforts from prospecting to deal closure, managing key accounts and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. This role requires autonomy, strong negotiation skills, and a focus on growing the corporate business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new corporate accounts including fleet owners, leasing and rental companies, logistics and transport operators, dealerships, insurers, and other B2B customers
- Generate leads and secure meetings through cold calling, emailing, and client visits
- Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and pricing tailored to corporate customers
- Manage tender processes by preparing submissions, coordinating documentation, and following through to contract award
- Negotiate contract terms and close agreements aligned with company margin and credit policies
- Serve as the primary contact for corporate customers, resolving service issues, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally
- Maintain and expand existing corporate accounts through regular follow-up and service reviews
- Collaborate with operations, workshop, and wholesale teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of sold products and services
- Track sales pipeline, monitor performance metrics, gather market feedback, and report directly to senior management
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B or corporate sales/business development experience, preferably in automotive, fleet, workshop, or related services industries
- Proven ability to open new accounts and consistently achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in preparing quotations and managing tender submissions
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Effective planning and self-management to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Class 3 driving licence and own transport (advantageous but not essential for core duties)
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket or workshop services (strong plus for industry understanding)
