Job Description
- Business Development :
- Recruit joint venture partners in accordance with the company's development plan.
- Explore resources for joint venture partnerships, organize and analyze partner information, and follow up to facilitate collaboration.
- Business Negotiation :
- Responsible for conducting business negotiations and contract signing with partners for new store openings.
- Store Location Expansion:
- Expand offline stores and participate in the selection of locations for new store developments.
- Store Opening Management:
- Oversee the management of the entire process from selecting locations to opening new stores.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to provide a basis for business decision-making.
- Regional Management:
- Support and manage partners, ensuring the implementation of regional partnership expansion efforts.
- Act as key liaison between China HQ and Singapore entity
- Coordinate cross-border supply chain and brand execution
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience in business development within the coffee, tea, or chain convenience store industry is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
