Job Description

  • Business Development :
  • Recruit joint venture partners in accordance with the company's development plan.
  • Explore resources for joint venture partnerships, organize and analyze partner information, and follow up to facilitate collaboration.
  • Business Negotiation :
  • Responsible for conducting business negotiations and contract signing with partners for new store openings.
  • Store Location Expansion:
  • Expand offline stores and participate in the selection of locations for new store developments.
  • Store Opening Management:
  • Oversee the management of the entire process from selecting locations to opening new stores.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide a basis for business decision-making.
  • Regional Management:
  • Support and manage partners, ensuring the implementation of regional partnership expansion efforts.
  • Act as key liaison between China HQ and Singapore entity
  • Coordinate cross-border supply chain and brand execution

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience in business development within the coffee, tea, or chain convenience store industry is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
