Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and strengthening partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue, building long-term client relationships, and supporting overall business expansion initiatives.

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new markets, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and present business proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align business strategies
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and business negotiations

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position
  • Standard office hours (Monday to Friday)
  • May require occasional travel for client meetings or business development activities

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  5. Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities
