The Job
As the Sales Administration Executive, you will assume a pivotal role within the Sales department, playing a critical part in overseeing administrative operations to ensure the flawless execution of the entire sales cycle. Reporting directly to the General Manager, APAC excluding China, you will champion best practices and strive to achieve departmental performance metrics and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Sales reps in strategising retailer account planning and development, actively contributing to the attainment of departmental KPIs and revenue goals
Oversee daily order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness and maintaining effective communication with distributors and retailers, regarding their order specifications
Address sales inquiries from clients across APAC, offering top-notch customer support and solutions
Lead the creation of comprehensive sales quotations, invoices, and meticulous maintenance of sales records, customer payments, and delivery tracking reports
Ensure the systematic and accurate upkeep of product and customer information within the company's database
Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department to streamline product picking, packing, and shipping, guaranteeing on-time deliveries that meet customer expectations
Partner with the Sales team to spearhead the planning and execution of sales promotions and campaigns designed to achieve set project targets
Maintain sell-through data from distributors and retail partners, to provide proactive sales and sales operations support
Proactively identify prospective opportunities for Sales reps, driving business expansion
Cultivate, deliver and nurture enduring, high-value customer relationships with retailers, consistently delivering exceptional customer service
Remain vigilant regarding emerging industry trends, market shifts, new product innovations, and competitor activities, providing timely insights and recommendations to the company for strategic responses
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales operations or sales support role, preferably in a consumer product company selling directly to large international retailers
Resilient and agile, quick to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, sales-driven environment
Highly meticulous and organised
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management skills
Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office and Excel Software
Knowledge of the collectibles / toy industry, and urban culture would be a plus
