Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage both pre-tender (cost estimation, risk review) and post-tender (negotiation, final accounts) phases.

• Administer main contracts and sub-contractor agreements.

• Identify and manage Variation Orders (VOs) and claims.

• Lead and mentor a junior QS to ensure accuracy in measurements and documentation.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure project profitability.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field.

• Proven experience in Interior Fit-Out (Main Contractor side).

• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and contract forms.

• Leadership qualities with a sharp eye for commercial risk.
