Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost planning, budgeting, and financial control for projects
- Manage contract administration, including tendering, evaluation, and award
- Oversee project valuations, progress claims, and final accounts
- Identify cost risks and provide strategic recommendations to optimize project performance
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with project teams to drive cost efficiency and commercial success
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (construction/engineering preferred)
- Strong knowledge of contract management and cost control
- Familiar with standard forms of contract (e.g. FIDIC or Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract)
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently
