BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

. Responsible to manage the operations and promote garland and flower business.

. To communicate with flower suppliers in overseas for best price and acquire best deals.

. To proactively find the suppliers of different flowers and garlands from various places.

. To promote the business with event management companies and corporates in flower decorations and various varieties of garlands.

.To liaise with local retail sellers in promoting and selling flowers and garlands in competitve prices.

. Able to predict the products which are in demand during festival season and order with local and overseas suppliers.

. To have deep knowledge in flowers and garland making.

. Reduce wastages by analysing the market and festivals and ordering.

. Effectively negotiate with customers and to work on retention of existing customers and to be competitive in the market.

. Provide customers with assistance regarding billing issues and queries.

. Responsible for complying with company's policies and procedures.

. To resolve all issue raised internally and externally around collection of outstanding account.

. To take responsibility for counting the goods delivered by suppliers.

. Able to work in flexible shifts, especially during festivals and bulk orders.
