JAC is working closely with a technology services company for a Japanese Speaking Business Development Manager/Executive position in Singapore. With a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region, this organization delivers consulting, digital services, and technology solutions.
Job Description
Lead business development initiatives targeting Japanese enterprises across the Pan-APAC region, including both headquarters and regional subsidiaries.
Build and maintain strong C-level relationships, acting as a cultural and strategic bridge between Japanese clients and internal delivery teams.
Identify market opportunities and plan go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to develop tailored ICT solutions that meet client needs.
Drive the full sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery and long-term account retention.
Conduct market analysis and pricing studies to support strategic planning and service differentiation.
Qualifications
5-12 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or consulting within IT services.
Proven ability to engage Japanese clients, with a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and expectations.
Business level fluency in Japanese and English to communicate with Japanese clients
