Hong Food Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our market presence, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is strategic, commercially savvy, and passionate about identifying new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
. Develop and execute strategic sales and growth plans
. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure alignment
. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
Job Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
. 5years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
