Clearstate is now scaling up its global commercial team to accelerate growth across APAC and Europe. We are looking for a highly commercial, hunter-oriented Business Development Manager based in Singapore to win new enterprise relationships across the medtech, diagnostic sand healthcare ecosystem throughout APAC (ex-China).
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and responsibility for driving end-to-end new logo acquisition, strategic account penetration, and syndicated revenue growth across the region.
Clearstate is investing heavily in scalable syndicated intelligence products and commercial expansion, creating significant opportunity for a high-performing seller to shape regional growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, operates autonomously, and is motivated by building and converting a strong pipeline of new business in large complex accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Development
. Identify and engage new clients targeting enterprise level MedTech prospects and clients in APAC via multi-threaded outreach with targeted pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing 5,6and 7-figure contracts.
. Build and manage a MEDDIC qualified pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progression through the sales cycle and visibility through our CRM
. Develop tailored outreach, pitches and proposals that clearly articulate our Clearstate's understanding of industry issues and our value proposition to different Ideal Customer Profiles.
. Negotiate and close high-value 5,6 and 7-figurecontracts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Market & Client Engagement
. Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and customer pain points.
. Engage directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to understand needs and position solutions effectively.
. Work with product and advisory teams to tailor our approach to client requirements and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of client engagements.
Internal Collaboration
. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on evolving client demands and market gaps.
. Contribute to go-to-market strategies and campaigns targeting priority segments in APAC.
