Job Overview:

InstaChef is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

You will drive business growth by developing partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, negotiating strategic deals, and supporting regional expansion initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial experience in business development, partnerships, franchise management, F&B, retail, or startup environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with commercial partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and support strategic businessgrowth initiatives.
  • Identify franchise and expansion opportunities across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare business development and market performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or franchise management.
  • Experience in F&B, retail, or startup environments is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Existing Singapore business network is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Mandarin is a plus to liaise with regional partners.
