Key Responsibilities

1. Western Medical Partnerships

  • Build and manage partnerships with GP and specialist clinics

  • Develop and scale integrated referral pathways between TCM and Western medicine

  • Identify collaboration opportunities that drive patient acquisition and cross-referrals

2. Corporate & Institutional Partnerships

  • Acquire and manage partnerships with corporates, insurers, and health screening providers

  • Drive B2B sales efforts including employee wellness programs, health talks, and screenings

  • Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure and expansion

3. On-site TCM Services

  • Launch and scale on-site TCM services for corporate clients

  • Design commercially viable service packages (e.g., acupuncture, tuina, wellness treatments)

  • Ensure strong utilization and repeat engagement

4. Revenue Ownership & Growth

  • Own revenue targets across all partnerships (acquisition, conversion, retention)

  • Track and optimize partnership performance and ROI

  • Continuously refine go-to-market and monetization strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships (healthcare, insurance, or corporate services preferred)

  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare ecosystem (GPs, specialists, insurers)

  • Proven ability to close deals independently and drive revenue

  • Highly results-driven with strong ownership mindset

  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese

Qualifications

  • Existing network in healthcare, wellness, or insurance sectors

  • Connections with corporate HR / employee benefits teams

  • Experience in B2B sales, key account management, or event-led BD
