Job Description

FutureVita Group is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to support our expansion and strengthen our business network in China. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive growth across our business areas.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company's presence in China.

. Build and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders in China.

. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities.

. Coordinate and manage business trips, meetings, and negotiations with China partners.

. Prepare business proposals, reports, and market analysis.

. Work closely with internal teams to support project implementation and operational requirements.

. Represent the company during overseas business travels, events, and meetings.

. Perform other duties and overtime work as required by management.

Requirements

. Minimum 5 years of business development experience in China.

. Must speak fluent Mandarin to liaise with China partners and stakeholders.

. Strong understanding of China business environment and culture.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

. Able to work on public holidays, 6-day work week, and perform overtime when required.

. Willing to travel frequently to China.

. Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
