Job Description

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target segments. Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking events.

2.Pipeline Management: Actively manage and grow a sales pipeline, moving prospects effectively through the sales cycle from initial contact to qualified meeting.

3.Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, articulate our value proposition clearly, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.

4.Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and brand presence.

5.Needs Analysis: Conduct initial needs analysis with potential clients to understand their challenges and present tailored solution concepts.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2.Preferred experience in a business development, sales, or a similar hunter role, preferably within the logistic industry.

3.Fluent in Chinese, with excellent business communication, negotiation and copywriting skills.
